Welcome to our crypto app (the "App"). By signing up, connecting your Twitter account, claiming tickets, earning points, sharing with friends, or otherwise accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). 3.2 You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect your Twitter account to the App and to grant us access to your Twitter information.

4. Ticket Claims and Points

4.1 The App may offer tickets or points as part of its features. The terms and conditions governing the claiming of tickets and earning of points will be provided within the App and may be subject to change at our discretion.

4.2 Tickets and points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other consideration, except as expressly permitted by us.

6.3 You are solely responsible for the security of your Account, your crypto assets, and any associated private keys or passwords. We strongly recommend that you take appropriate measures to secure your Account and crypto assets, such as using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication.

6.4 Geographical Restrictions: The User acknowledges and agrees that the App may not be available in all countries or regions due to various legal, licensing, and regulatory requirements. The Company reserves the right to restrict access and features to the App solely based on the User's geographical location. The User is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations when accessing and using the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1 The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

7.2 We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

10. Termination

10.2 Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and we may delete your Account and all related information without liability to you.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through confidential binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the AAA. The arbitration shall take place in a location determined by the App, and the proceedings and outcome shall be kept strictly confidential.

12. Changes to the Terms

12.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on the App, and you should review these Terms prior to using the App. By continuing to access or use the App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you are no longer authorized to use the App.
